Dear ALL,

Assalammualaikum and welcome to lecturers and members of Cohort 2. This blog is created as a platform for all concern to discuss, express, share, remind, be informed etc in regards to TSL3133 and TSL3153 Action Research I & II.

1. TSL3133 Action Research I is focussing on the proposal for Action Research that you need to produce before the end of next semester. You will be going out for your practicum on the 4th week of next semester, of which you need to find your focus and come out with the problem statement and focus area for your AR. You need to work closely with your supervisor who will be your supervisor for practicum as well as for your AR. Start reading from now and find your focus. Your proposal will be assessed.

2. TSL3153 Action Research II is doing the AR and producing the report and this will happen in the 2nd semester of 2015. This is where you carry out your 1st cycle and 2nd cycle of intervention and reporting it. In this semester too you will be presenting your research which will be assessed, you will also carry out a research seminar. All in all, it shall be an interesting and challenging journey for all of us. Do start reading from now if you want a head start.
